Shipping policy

We ship to most countries around the world. Currently, if you're in the UK you'll need to email me to place an order as I need to process it differently. Unfortunately I am unable to ship to countries within the EU and I until further notice.

All customs & import taxes and fees, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping outside of the US is running about 2-5 weeks from point A to point B. Please be patient with shipping timelines. Once your package leaves my hands it is out of my control.

All packages are insured for the total value. If your package is lost or damaged in shipping then you must file a claim with the shipping carrier for resolution. We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders that are lost or damaged in shipping.
